Aptly named DUET, this brand new wild ale brings together NZ & Australia, Garage Project & La Sirène.
Duet is a mixed-ferment wild ale – open-fermented at our Reservoir brewery with both the La Sirène and Wild Workshop house cultures, and native botanicals from each of our countries – lemon myrtle from Australia and kawakawa from NZ.
This is a highly elegant wild ale, created by two wild brewers and the influence of our respective terroirs.
