Touriga and SYrah picked the same day in late March, 2023. This co-fermentation underwent a wet carbonic method which enhanced the punchy floral accents of Touriga interwoven with layers of savory blue fruits thanks to the classic Pyrenees Syrah profile. Pressed off after a short 8 day maceration where it was then returned to tank where it rested on full solids. This cuvée is done in 100% stainless steel to help maintain high toned aromatics and palate freshness. Two gentle gravity rackings with a small addition of So2 added post malo and one week before bottling.
