Nothing Fancy is a golden Australian Wild Ale made in collaboration with our dear friends at Jester King Brewery in Austin, Texas USA. We made it by fermenting our Wildflower Gold recipe with a mixture of our collective house cultures along with Jester King’s barrel aged hops. It laid to rest in neutral, French Oak barrels for 1 year before we blended a small selection and bottled it in August 2019 for continual conditioning and maturation. Preferably consumed 10 years from bottling date. – Wildflower Brewing & Blending
