Vault City is an independent craft brewery and Scotland’s largest sour beer producer. They set out to modernise a traditional style of brewing with a new take on fruited sours. Since 2018, they’ve focussed on relentless exploration, with a mix of accessible and adventurous flavours.
This is the second in the overnight oats series this time with sweet banana, juicy blackberry, and tart goji berry fight for centre stage in this thick and creamy golden oat-based breakfast-style beer. All the while, sweet maple and freshly roasted coffee sit subtly in the background rounding out the flavour of each sip.
