This beer has been on an around the world journey to get to Footscray. With freshest crop straight from the South Pacific jumping on a plane straight to Wales where Polly’s slam them together to create a full-on tropical fruit salad NZ/Australian Antipodean IPA! Once they were done with it they sent it on back to us for our big 2024 Pint of Origin event.
Enigma takes the lead as the base hop in this beer; imparting a whole host of redcurrant and crisp pinot gris notes, before equal measures of 15kg of Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin take the party to juice town – bringing super ripe gooseberries, clean peach and pineapple notes, and a final lashing of passionfruit, before NZ blends The Betty and The Bruce bring their unique orange blossom flavours to round things off. – Tasting Notes by Polly’s Brew Co.
