Certified organically grown pyrenees fruit – syrah (80% – shay’s flat vineyard) whole bunch pressed for rose over whole bunch viognier (20% – landsborough vineyard). macerated for 1 week then pressed to neutral oak, elevage for 10 months with no topping up of the barrels. – Defialy
