Terroir: Red clay loams with good drainage, continental climate with excellent diurnal temperature variation.
Vineyard: Snow Road, King Valley
Winemaking: 100% Shiraz fruit was macerated on skins for just one day and then pressed to oak for fermentation. A cool (14-18C) natural fermentation kicked off, was allowed to warm at end of ferment and moved to stainless steel to preserve freshness.
