The Hell Wines are where we throw caution to the wind, get down and dirty, try new things and have a red hot go at making the most interesting, exciting and delicious wines we can from the vineyards we work with.

A coming together of Italian and Portuguese varieties, the aim with this wine is to make a super splashy, light, funky shoulder season red that is as drinkable as hell, but has structure and depth to stand up to closer inspection. Picked early and treated simply, each parcel was vinified separately and in a completely unique way. The Touriga made in a traditional red wine style, The Negroamaro made as a rose, The Vermentino pressed off straight away while the Malvasia was fermented on skins. Each element is completely different from the next, but works in harmony to make a super splashy, chillable and thirst quenching red-ish wine.
