The Radice Amaro is a root-based amaro.
It is made from fresh bergamot, the roots of angelica, licorice, ukogi, and chicory. Also with an addition of the legendary herb “black cumin” that was discovered on a trip to Hong Kong as the final piece to complete the drink. More than 30 types of botanicals are used, and a miraculous yellow (root) amaro was completed.
(This is a limited production item and is bottled with a cork stopper. There may be sediment on rare occasions, this is hand-bottled product thus filtration is minimal to keep the character of the drink intact.) – Suppliers notes
