After starting their winemaking work with James Erskine of Jauma, now Alicia and Mark have well and truly built their own reputation with Borachio, sourcing organic grapes from Mount Compass and Mount Torrens in South Australia to make light, playful wines with a cheeky soul. Electric Boots is back! This year they had a meagre crop of hops, so when their mate Lotti asked if they wanted a bunch of freshly picked ones, they jumped! This year’s version was made essentially the same as last years with fresh pressed Sauv Blanc skins, crystalline Basket Range spring water and fresh hops. Perfect fizz and loads of passionfruit & pineapple notes. It’s seriously refreshing! A real west coast cooler vibe. The perfect knock off.
