Vault City is an independent craft brewery and Scotland’s largest sour beer producer. They set out to modernise a traditional style of brewing with a new take on fruited sours. Since 2018, they’ve focussed on relentless exploration, with a mix of accessible and adventurous flavours.
Vault City use a mixed fermentation base for their modern sour beers and here it pairs perfectly with ripe pear sweetness and subtle cinnamon notes that swirl together. The smooth, creamy vanilla in the mix adds a sorbet-like mouthfeel and finish.
