Riffing on the first White IPA’s to come out of Oregon, this is a clean Wit inspired IPA dialed up to citrus hop heaven. We start off with a heap of rolled and malted wheat for soft texture, then we pile on the Lupomax Citra (select lots of the best Citra, turned into Cryo), add a sprinkle of Australia’s new darling hop Eclipse and top it all off with with a squeeze of grapefruit juice.
