The Wine Series sees us take discarded grapes from the wine-making process, and add them to the sour blonde base from our foedre. Gewurzt Golden Sour was made with grapes from Hanging Rock Winery, Macedon, Victoria.. After being added to blonde melange from our foedre, the grapes were removed and it was aged in barrel before further can-conditioning. Some colour from the Gewurtztraminer skins gives this beer a slight blush pink colour. Spicy, with notes of Turkish Delight. – Hop Nation Brewing Co.
