A Sauvignon Blanc barrel-aged sour with bakeapple (Cloud Berry), picked by our friend Paul Smith in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland. Bakeapple is an incredible ingredient to work with, with such a unique and nuanced flavour — not to mention it’s highly coveted, we were extremely fortunate to acquire a good amount of berries thanks to Paul’s hard work. We are super excited about this one, it’s tasting bright, lively, funky, with a distinct bakeapple tartness and some lovely Sauvignon Blanc notes.
