This sparkling wine is the result of vinification of the Chardonnay grape variety using the traditional method (frothing in bottles). After a few months in vats to carry out the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation (transformation of malic acid into lactic acid).
It is bottled with sourdough and sugar, then undergoes a second fermentation and ages for a minimum of one year to produce a fine, light bubble.
A beautiful freshness of citrus fruits and buttery notes.
