Number Two is a 7% mango swirl, this is an exploration in combining flavours from malt spices and mango into a creamy dessert-inspired beer. A smoothie style sour ale, with additions of Mango (one tonne in fact), Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Vanilla and Lactose. – Hargreaves Hill
