Good Land are a young brewery out in Traralgon, Gippsland. While head brewer Jimmy has only had his dream space for a few years, it’s been long imagined and well earned, as he spent decades brewing beer all over Europe. They’ve teamed up with Sailors Grave, neighbours of theirs, and a renown farmhouse style brewery out in Orbost, Gippsland.
Citrus Mistress was made as a birthday treat in celebration of 3 years of Good Land. Brewed with pale malt, rye, spelt, oats & raw wheat. They temperature stepped the mash on this one and threw in the zest from a whole stack of locally grown grapefruits and lemons. Dry-hopped with Eclipse its definitely a citrus assault and a super crushable big Saison.
