The concept of Moralité can be interpreted in various ways. In Quebec, it has a historical connection to alcohol. One thing is certain, this beer is brewed with an immoral amount of hops from a clever blend of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial. The result is a dry, aromatic and slightly resinous finish, reminiscent of tropical fruit and with a sharp bitterness.
