Brewed with 100% Veloria malt from Voyager (NSW).
Hopped in the boil & whirlpool w/ RH01, Red Earth & Chinook from Ryefield Hops (NSW) to 32 IBU.
This beer was fermented in stainless without temperature control w/ an english strain called Yonder from Mogwai Labs (NSW)
Packaged on January 25th 2025 and bottle conditioned for 4 weeks.
Honey, sweet bready malt & cedar sing from the glass.
The honey continues to the palate combined w/ a breadiness & subtle tobacco character.
Light carb, moreish bitterness & a nostalgic yeasty character. – Sobremesa
