VINES– Chenin from Lulu’s Blewitt Springs block and Sauvignon Blanc from Jim’s Peter’s Creek block.
WINEMAKING– Chenin is destemmed and pressed to barrel and tank. Sauvignon destemmed and fermented on skins for 2 weeks.
TASTING NOTES– Yellow green in colour, citrus and apples, long acid drive, very spacious on the pallet with an ethereal mouthfeel. 13%
