Le Petit Connétable Sauvignon Blanc is picked from selected plots in the Loire, renowned for their optimal expression of the variety.
The wine has a fresh golden colour with a greenish tinge at the edge. The aromatic bouquet is complex with hints of passion fruit, dried white rose, a little citrus and elderflower. On the palate there is the immediate tropical fruit but it is perfectly balanced with baked apples, green grape and discreet acidity that gives it a pleasant structure and a clean persistent finish
