Bink wines is the side label from Koen Janssens who is one half of Yetti and the Kokonut. Little Red is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier, Semillon, Red Muscat and Ruby Cabernet.

The Red Muscat was harvested at the end of Feb 28th. 50% whole bunch under 50% de-stemmed fruit into a plastic tank. Pressed off skins after 10 days ferment and filled 2 x seasoned French puncheons and one stainless steel tank. Where as the Pinot blanc and Pinot Meunier were picked together the second week of February. De-destemmed both varieties in a stainless steel tank and pressed after a half day off skin contact. Kept the juice cold and racked of gross lees after finishing ferment into old French puncheons. Wines kept on fines lees for about 3 months before blending then together, one month before bottling.
