Lighter style Nebbiolo done in stainless steal, Neb with no oak is said to be traditional in the Langhe/Roero area according to winemaking books from the 1800s.
The wine itself is a light ruby red. with a delicate nose of violets, rose petals, raspberries and a touch of tar. Upfront and cleansing cranberries and cherries with a slight herbaciousness coming through.
