Mon and Tim are the brains and hearts behind Manon Farms in the Adelaide Hills region of Forest Range. An absolute power duo, Moniques family vineyards back in NZ were the first to be recognised as biodynamic and Tim is a celebrated chef, cooking in a multitude of restaurants the world over. They’re deeply passionate and knowledgeable about the land, orchards, vegetable gardens and native forests carefully cultivated alongside their vineyards.

The vines have been planted progressively since 1993 and comprise of many small plots that include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Garganega, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with newer vineyard plantings of Gamay, Trousseau, Aleatico, Malvasia, and Mondeuse.

Agretti is a a field blend of all the grapes they grow, so a little bit of red, white, pink, green and orange with a short maceration to keep it on a fruity and fun vibe. It’s vision was to be a delicious bright table wine and we think they’ve delivered pretty well.
