In 2021 the good folks from Château Acid were offered some really good fruit from South Australia and decided to create a second label,, Moonlight. These are natural wines using grapes grown with integrity. Living wines, unadjusted, vinified with no trickery and handled gently from vineyard to bottle. They sourced fruit from some of Australia’s most respected growers to make delicious drinks of purity and character. The wines are light, bright and fun and offer maximum drinkability. With no additions other than the energy of the moon. The ‘Rose Paradis’ is made from biodynamic fruit, organically farmed by Fiona Wood at one of the highest vineyards in McLaren Vale. Sparkling dark rosé with juicy red fruit, blackcurrant and jubes on the nose and a savoury dry palate with a burst of strawberry in the mouth.
