Winemaker Josephine Perry has worked in wineries across the globe over many years including vintages in Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhone, the US, South America, New Zealand and also spent seven years managing two wineries in Spain and consulting to a winery in the Canary Islands. After this extensive winemaking experience in both the new and old world, Jo decided to head back home to WA and focus on her own label of minimal intervention wines. She has now been running her own micro-winery in Margaret River making single-vineyard wines from biodynamic and organic sites since 2012 and has become one of the region’s most exciting producers!

This is 100% good old Cabernet Sauvignon from a little dry grown organic block in Yallingup. Hand picked, foot stomped, wild fermented in opens & post maceration for three months. Then basket pressed & aged to perfection in seasoned French oak barriques. Only racked once and sulphured at bottling. No additives, fining, nor filtration to express the wonders of the land.
