Brave New Wine is an adventurous wife and husband team, Yoko Luscher-Mostert and Andries Mostert. They seek out tiny volumes of high-quality fruit from vineyards in the Great Southern Wine region of Western Australia and employ a lo-fi / minimal intervention approach to turning those grapes into delicious wine. All wines are made with natural fermentation and no fining, filtration, or additions aside from a kiss of sulphur at bottling and some, such as this one, sans sulphur!. The Nat Daddy utilises the power of an unlikey duo in Sauv Blanc and Shiraz that work together to produce a wine that showcases vibrant aromatics and a pallet with fruit and spice that is reminiscent of rhubarb crumble with the zip of crisp red apples!
