A blend of predominately Cinsault with Syrah and Carignan, a vibrant and youthful wine that ferments and rests in tank only. Over the past years the maceration has been shorter and Benjamin also now incorporates a portion of direct pressed Syrah in the blend.
Red fruits and freshness, jubey and light, easy drinking with an array of food and an absolute crowd pleaser. In the warmer months it even happily enjoys a chill in the fridge. If ever there was a wine to please the Pinot and Shiraz drinker, then this is it.
