Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Gruner Veltliner and Welschriesling from Oplocenka and Achtele plots. Located next to each other, these plots are free draining loess soil. Elevage in large format old barrels made from local oak or acacia, on fine lees for 2 years.
Fruit driven, the palate bursts with a myriad of flavours, red currants, orange citrus, lanolin. Broad and mouth filling, layered and textural. Yet everything is harmonious, the acidity refreshes. As it opens the fruit becomes more luscious, balanced with a saline edge.
