Beulah Violetta is an organic farm set on twenty six hectares of land overlooking the Umbrian hilltop town of Todi in the green heart of Italy. The vineyards are situated between 450-500 metres above sea level and are on typical clay soils of the region with traces of limestone. We grow sagrantino, ciliegiolo, sangiovese, trebbiano spoletino, merlot and chardonnay. There are approximately 10 hectares under vine with various exposures from north to south. The vines are in conversion to biodynamic farming.
