Distinctly Perceived is a blend of two ferments of their gold aged separately on Chardonnay Pomace from Canobolas-Smith winery in Orange, NSW and Viognier from Revensworth in Murrumbateman, NSW. While Wildflower usually use exclusively whole fruit for their beers, they decided to experiment with some by products of wine making this time to try and get some more length from the fruit. The resulting beer has a bouquet of tropical fruit and baking spice with bright fruit and pear skin on the palate, backed by a spice phenols and a light grip.
