River City Pils is a beautiful lager that was born out of a less than beautiful event. This lager is dedicated to our wonderful river city of Brisbane. We love this place, even if the river did literally infiltrate our brewery for a few days in the late February floods. It pours a beautiful light straw colour with a bright white head. RCP has a clean flavour profile, with a mild bitterness and light bready notes. The finish is crisp and dry but ultimately refreshing.
