Polarity is a brand new IPA, brewed with 80% Pacifica and 20% Motueka. It’s one of a two part series highlighting two of our favourite Kiwi hops. We’ve amped up the Pacifica in this bad boy for intense orange citrus and marmalade characteristics. On the palate we get a whole whack of citrus reminiscent of orange cordial and and mandarin zest, that finishes with a tropical softness which rounds things out nicely. The finish is smooth and soft with a light sweetness. – Range Brewing
