Dead Ringer is a brand new West Coast IPA that’s been hopped generously with Simcoe Cryo, Simcoe, Columbus, and Amarillo. We’ve been on a hot streak with our West Coast IPA’s lately (we even have the silverware to prove it) and this release is no exception. Citrus, pine, and some old school dank dominate the nose as we’re instantly transported back in time. The palate has a modern leanness to it that compliments the hop bill. Assertively bitter and incredibly crushable, this bad boy is a dead ringer for an IPA out of SoCal circa 2006.
