With an aromatised rice wine base showcasing four distinct Japanese botanicals, sansho pepper, yuzu, mugwort, and Kabuso citrus, are infused into Junmai Sake, before being fortified with 100% rice shochu spirit. Produced in Kumamoto, Japan at the Tsutsumi Distillery they have crafted shochu for over 150 years and experimented heavily with botanical influences and cask finishes.
