NON is a non-alcoholic drink that you can easily swap in as an alternative to wine. With plenty of different flavours, wether you’re looking for something fruity, bright and fizzy or something a little bit more dry and savoury.
NON 8 is from the 2023 spring/summer capsule collection, a range of limited release flavours. Described as “torched apple and oolong”, it’s rich and floral on the nose, with crisp apple-y acid.
Made using local apples, sourced from Red Hill Orchards in the Mornington Peninsula, which are flash frozen then cold steeped, a technique that removes up to 85% of the apple’s water content, greatly intensifying its flavour.
The concentrated apple is then blended with Oolong tea, Keemun tea, cacao nibs, burnt sugar, ginger root, and Murray River salt.
