DJ and Harriet McCready opened Mountain Culture Brewery in 2018 as the first brew pub in the Blue Mountains, they have since amassed a cult following. Their beers are fun, complex, and something craft beer lovers get excited about, with many single release and small batches notoriously hard to get hold of!

This West Coast Pils is a fusion of Japanese craftsmanship thanks to West Coast Brewing; Kiwi innovation with the cutting edge Maui Nelson SubZero Hop Kief from NZ’s Freestyle Farms; and the essence of the Pacific, being that it was brewed here, by us, in Australia’s Blue Mountains.
