Miyoshino Jozo was established in 1912. It is currently being led by Master Brewer Teruaki Hashimoto, who studied at Japan’s foremost sake institution – Tokyo Nodai. His focus is on using local and natural yeasts, which he believes is the purest way to represent the environment that the rice is grown and the sake brewed.
The Nature X Nature is a very unique sake. It is made in the traditional Kijoshu method utilising both Yamahai & Mizumoto starter methods. The result is an elegant, rich sweet style sake with a harmonious acidic backbone.
Made with a multi-rice blend, all with 70% polishing. This Junmai has undergone zero charcoal filtration or dilution and is unpasteurised. Store and serve chilled.
