Lobo is the creation of Michael Stafford and Warwick Billings. Michael’s family have been growing apples in the Adelaide Hills for generations. Warwick, the fermenter aka cider maker, is originally from Somerset, the cider capital of the UK.
Unfiltered, unfined, undiluted – their cider is pure apples with the addition of a cultured yeast, inducing a long cool fermentation. Be wulf, is another of their unique apple based cider’s from the 2020 harvest. A cloudy, bottle fermented cider with soft tanins and complexity.
