Barrel 142 is part of the Jester King collaboration we did here at our brewery in Melbourne Australia in 2018. This barrel displayed so much personality that we decided to bottle it separately.

It’s my favourite Single Barrel to date that we have released.. it has everything I am looking for in a mixed fermentation wild ale.. finesse, texture, high fruit aromatics and a long complex finish. – La Sirène Brewing
