An Australian Wild Ale with 100kg of hand picked fresh Morello cherries per 1000L. A beer that is complex, funky, and full of fruit character. Named after my grandfather, George Kingsley Sutton, amateur archaeologist, gastronomist, patron to the arts.
A pale malt base beer was barrel fermented & aged for 12 months with ageing on fruit for a further 2 months. The result is a bright fruit character complemented by the acid and malt profile of the beer. Would match superbly with pavlova and summer berries.
