This beer is the first release from Melbourne based Inmorales Brewery, a new gypsy brewery producing beers out of South Melbourne’s West Side Ale Works. Inmorales is run by Chilean born Natalia Morales who wanted to bring flavours from her home country to Australian shores and pay homage to her heritage. This beer is based on Chile’s national drink, the Pisco Sour. Made with tons of blueberries, lemon and pisco, expect a deep purple hue in the glass alongside a big hit of blueberries on the nose, followed by a tart, almost vinous character on the palate and a sweet berry character on the finish.
