Blau is skin fermented Blaufränkish with a splash of blueberry cider. Grown in Niagara-on-the-Lake and planted in 2020. Like each of our wines, Blau was wild fermented with our native microflora, unfiltered and unfined. This year, Blau is something special. After ageing in cans for 4 months, we were shocked and amazed by the aromas we discovered. – Ibi
