Hop Nation are our long time neighbours, collaborators and good friends. It’s a story as old as time, a couple of winemakers in NZ start making homebrew for fun on the side and 5 years later they’re opening a brewery in Footscray.
Australian pilsner, traditionally brewed using floor malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt, partnered with Saaz and Spalt Select hops. Fermented long and cool followed by an eight week lagering. Super refreshing!
