Good Land Brewing Co. in Traralgon, Gippsland, launched in 2021 by husband and wife team Jimmy Krekelberg & Layla Brock. Good Land are a young brewery but while head brewer Jimmy has only had his dream space for a few years, it’s been long imagined and well earned, as he spent decades brewing beer all over Europe. Including long stints in breweries in Scotland and the world famous Brouwerij De Molen in the Netherlands.
If you’ve been following Good Land, especially their IPA releases, for a while you might be aware that Citra and Galaxy and Jimmys all time favourite hops. Wavelengths is a love letter to these awesome hops. Not suuuuuper hazy but packed with so much citrus goodness.
