Matured in American oak ex bourbon barrels and finished in Sauternes wine casks. To craft the GlenAllachie wine series, we initially matured our whisky in American Oak Ex-Bourbon barrels. The whisky then underwent additional maturation in specialty selected wine barriques for almost two years. Imparting a distinctive twist onto the classic GlenAllachie spirit. – The GlenAllachie
