Frexi is named for it’s founders heritage. Charlotte from France and Ed from Mexico met in London and travelled through Europe visiting many breweries before settling in Australia and beginning to home brew. Officially launching Frexi in 2019 brewing out of Kensington’s Bonehead Brewery, Charlotte and Ed have released 10 beers now, taking inspiration from the food and drink of their homeland and their extensive travels. This spiced sour is influenced by Louisiana Creole cuisine.
