Saison Dupont is a top fermentation blond beer, refermented in the bottle.
As early as 1844, this beer was brewed in the winter in our farm brewery. It then fermented for several months in wooden barrels and served to quench the thirst of agricultural workers.
Today considered to be “the classic of the Belgian Seasons”, this beer represents an important part of our exports and is gradually acquiring a well-deserved notoriety on the Belgian market.
Copper blond beer, with aromas of fine hops, with a very pronounced bitterness, dry and very thirst-quenching as it was originally.
Our selection of yeasts gives it distinctive aromas and taste.
The real refermentation in the bottle, which can last a long time in your cellar, results in a complex and very aromatic beer.
