The Deeds story started like many Melbourne breweries, a couple of friends meet at university and realise they both love beer. A community-focused brewery and tap room in Glen Iris with the two guys working on different recipes and brewing techniques. Seeing Deeds pump out some amazing beers across many styles and genres.
Black Metal is a cherry chocolate imperial stout, the cherry is subtle but this is a banging dark beer. Shame it may be the last one we get from Deeds.
