Our next release in the Smells Like Pop Culture series is our homage to the ultimate in style mash-ups, Sours and IPA’s. We took a sour base, dialled it up to 6%, and pumped it full of Mandarina Barvaria, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Oh my god, it’s a mirage. I’m tellin’ y’all, it’s Sabotage! Smells like pop culture. We’ve all had those “down the rabbit hole” moments, a memory triggered by a song on a radio, a line from a movie or a “retro” fashion movement. Our Smells Like Pop Culture series is the final destination of fun little trip down memory lane, through the puns and out the other side with a beer inspired that sometimes-forgotten cult phenomenon. – Bonehead Brewing
